With it being the last day of January, I was determined to get some Christmas posts done! I used an AWESOME kit by Jenasis Designs called "Glistening Noel" This kit is so beautiful and classy. Although the colors are not the classic red, white, and green, it has some really unique colors that still shouts "Christmas!" Go here to get it in her store.

I was so excited that I was able to work with Novembers Stuff to Scrap Mega Collab kit! It is called Autumn Harvest and has the coolest papers, elements, and alpha. The layouts you could make with this kit is endless. And although it is Christmas time, I know most of you probably still have pumpkin patch pictures, playing in the leaves pictures, thanksgiving pictures, etc and what a perfect kit to get those scrapped! Alright I just made some birth announcements for my new niece (she's so cute huh?!) I had fun making them all, but being the designer, I can't decide which one to go with. Vote for you favorite (poll on the side of the blog) and automatically be entered to win something custom from me.

Baby Shower Cranium FREEBIE!!

So I was throwing my good friend a baby shower and wanted a creative/unique baby shower game. My favorite baby shower games have been the ones that are a twist to a board game. I love Cranium, so I thought it would be a perfect Baby Shower game! I googled for it and Hasbro actually has some free downloads for baby showers. Of course it only came with 8 or so cards and I wanted more than that.... so I went to work. Once I came up with some good questions I thought it would be fun to actually make the cards. Here is a preview of what they look like.

In the download you will find my TOU (please read it!), the cards, the printables, and some directions.

Now I must say, the game ISN'T perfect! Once I printed them out I realized that some of the fonts were hard to read, etc.... I will be modifying it, but that may not be for a while... I am a busy woman. :) (This is, after all, out of the kindness of my heart to be offering it up to others to enjoy!)

I hope it will help someone with their efforts of throwing a baby shower and if you use it I would love to hear how it goes!

First, one of my all time favorite kits, "Aquarium Fun" by Digi Designs by Nicole. Check it out and click on preview to get it at her store.
Here is the layout made. This kit was made for all those aquarium pictures, but the awesome thing is that it works for any type of water pictures. OR just leave out the fishy elements and use it for anything... it is so versitile and I LOVE how bright and cheery it is.

Muddy Buddies

Okay I LOVE LOVE LOVE this kit. It is perfect for my little boys!! I can't even begin to tell you what I love about it because I love all of it. One of my new designers (Susan aka IvoryKeys Digital Dreams) got together with Scraps by Ellay to come up with "Muddy Buddies" It quickly became a Mega Kit with 26 papers, 66 unique elements, and 1 full alpha with numbers and some symbols. As a bonus they also included a set of cardstocks in the mega kit.

Okay, stop guessing, I'll just tell you. Brittney aka Getting Scrappy with Britt and Becky aka SAHM Scrapper (two of my WONDERFUL designers). I loved loved loved it. The colors are gorgeous (I think I am partial because they are my wedding colors) :) Check it out and get it at either of their stores here or here. And want a PERFECT mother's day gift?! Check out the brag book pages we all made. There are 22 4X6 pages to plop your pictures in to give to those special ladies in your lives. You can also get those at either store. Here is my layout with this kit. Like I said it was perfect for my wedding because of the colors. I will be adding a lot more pages to my wedding album using this beautiful kit. It has a lot of hearts, flowers, and "love" word art and what not, which makes it perfect for any ones special day.

School Days Mega Kit

SAHM Scrapper has been working really hard on this HUGE mega kit she created. She was inspired by someone in an old forum who was begging for someone to create something like this so that she could give it as a graduation gift to a HS relative. (she didn't make it in time for her) BUT she thought it was a good idea and thought maybe someone(s) else out there could use it as an awesome Graduation gift to someone special.

So it's called "School Days"; and like I mentioned it is huge!! There are a number of ways you can purchase it:
1- Just the kit
2- The kit in parts (elements, papers, alpha)
3- Just the Quick Pages (48 WONDERFUL pages made by her and the CT)
4- Kit and Quick Page Bundle
** Personally I think it would be worth it to get the whole bundle deal that way you can plop your pictures in the QPs and then add some elements that are maybe missing from the page. (PERFECT)!!

Digi Designs by Nicole is an all time favorite designer of anyone that knows her! Go visit her store here and I promise you wont leave disappointed. She pretty much has anything you could think of to offer.
I am especially drawn to her "boy" kits; especially since I only scrap my two boys! :) Her "My Super Hero" kit is my FAV!!! It has such fun bright colors and adorable elements. Its also fun because it isn't just for the boys. If you have a little super hero gal in your life this kit would be perfect too! :)

I managed to create this LO of my little GUY.... the LO is universal though and would work for either gender.

Go pick up SAHM Scrappers Easter Sunday kit. It is a perfect one to pick up this month for your soon to be Easter Pictures. It has some really pretty Easter Elements.I didn't use Easter pictures because all the Easter pictures I have, have already been scrapped. BUT I did think these pictures were perfect for the kit. I will be doing more with this kit in the next couple weeks after we take our Easter pictures this year, that is for sure!! And who knows, maybe I will find my boys some Easter outfits to go with the colors! :)

The February Build A Kit items are now in the store! Each month the Stuff to Scrap designers all work with the same color palette to make you parts of a kit. You can choose which papers you like the best, which alpha's you like the best, which elements you like the best and purchase them all separately to make yourself your own kit.

Two of my designers have kits out this week and you've got to check them out. Unfortunately I've been pretty busy with the new baby the last couple of weeks and so I was a slacker and didn't get my LO's done... but I can't wait to play with these kits when things slow down a bit.

1st: Growing Pains Scrapped has a kit called "Girlfriends" I'm a little late posting about it, but that just means that all the parts are currently on her blog to download. I think they will at least be up till thursday.

2nd: SAHM Scrapper has another collab kit. This is a fun christmas one called "Joy to the World" She will be giving away something on her blog with this kit, but you need to go to her store at Stuff to Scrap to get the full kit in all it's beautiful glory.

I'm so excited that all of the designers I CT for have kits coming out!! Getting Scrappy with Britt has a freebie kit this week on her blog! YEAH!! It is so pretty. I love the colors of it because they aren't your traditional fall colors, but they sure do remind me of fall. Unfortunately I haven't had time to do a LO YET (with the new baby and all) with this kit, but if you go to her blog here you can check out what some of the others have done with it. First I must announce my most exciting news... baby boy #2 entered the world and our family on Halloween morning! He has been a wonderful baby and we love having his sweet spirit in our home. With that being said, I am going to be taking it pretty slow for the next couple of months. With a newborn and a toddler at home and a husband who is a full time student, it is going to be quite an adjustment. However I am still excited to share the kits of the wonderful designers I CT for. I may or may not get a LO done with each of the kits, but either way they are wonderful kits so you all still need to go check them out!!
